It’s just a style, I work at a downtown bank and as one of these young men was walking by our drive thru ( I didn’t know the speaker was still on), I yelled at him to pull up his pants, he stopped, gave me a dirty look, pulled his pants up and kept walking. Thought you might like to hear that one, I was so embarrassed.!
It’s a style related to the Hip-Hop culture. o.o’
