Ask for how much is the gram 2ayem for the 18 carats Egyptian gold and for how much is the Italian gold. The Italian is more expensive of course but they do not weigh much. For accesories go to City stars. On the fifth floor there is a section called Khan El Khalili. They have all kinds of gifts for girls. It is better than the Khan itself and is not more expensive.
