It just takes confidence (not arrogance), a pleasant personality, and a good sense of humor. There are many books written on the subject, but the best way to understand women is to read "Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus" It will give you a lot of insight as to how women think!!
Try this. Take a shower. Comb your hair. Brush your fangs. Walk up and say hi. Chicks really get turned on when you have a personality and not some tired a## line. Like one of the ladies said; practice baby practice. and please not your cousin, he has had a hard enough time since that summer you guys practiced kissing.

In Fantastic Four (1st one) when Flameboy pickups the nurse in the "Charmer" way.. doing stuff like that takes real confidence but guys who do it with that much confidence usually charm most girls..(i’m one of them)
