Several reasons come to mind. A. She simply likes your tattoo, and wants one just like it. B. She likes you, and wants you to know it. C. She’s got the same interests as you, and wants to get together (you didn’t state whether she’s gotten the tattoo yet or not, Oh, sorry. Yes you did.) But my guess is gonna be B., especially if she pays a lot of attention to you, when you’re around. A word of caution, don’t show her brother your tattoo right away. Be prudent. Take care.

Well if you have been together a long time, it means she is devoted to you, etc.
If you have not been together a long time it means she is rushing into some kind of illusion to what love and devotion mean.
If you guys have been together less than a year and/or would not consider marrying each other getting matching tats would be a bad idea since they are forever.
You didn’t say if you two are dating or not. Did you two discuss the tattoo? Maybe she just really likes it alot. If you guys are involved, then I would watch out for that unless you really plan on being committed to each other. Holding back from you’re friend about his sister can have bad consequences too. All in all, I don’t know. You should ask her. There are a world of possibilities about why people do things.
Well, you really didnt give us much information, but usually when a girl wants something like that it means she wants to be able to be connected with you. Now maybe she thinks you guys will always be together. Or she just is a really good friend and she wants to have a connection with you that no one else has.
Sounds like a stalker to me.
