The name of the game in self defense is to hit where you can do the most harm.
It feels numbing.
Actually, it happened to me when I was about 9 years old, and it was so painful that I never forgot it. A boy in my class was mad because he liked me, and I liked his brother, instead.
I guess if I’m trying to defend myself against an attacker, I would do whatever it takes. But if someone did that to me today, I’d probably pass out (I’ve gotten wussier about pain with age).
