Im 20 yrs old and I find alot of white girls attractive but have never really got around to dating any. All I ever date are black women but I think white girls are hot. Also im from the hood..lol ..but I have a good job and I know how to be respectful to women. I just dont really know how to approach white women especially since im never sure whether or not she even likes black men

I’m white so I don’t know a lot about black girls hair. I’ve noticed that only a few black girls have hair that looks like white girls hair and I want to know if they have to do something to get it that way or if it’s just natural. One of the girls I’m thinking of isn’t mixed, both parents are black. So how is their hair like that then?

Ok i was at the store, there was this beautiful black girl i wanted to talk to!! She was around (18-24) so she probably was in the dumb stage in her life where she just liked N3ggers and not good black men.. Wow I sound pathetic. But anycase- I’m an Indian guy living in Philadelphia and I have a hard time finding romance/relationships. I suppose I would prefer an Indian girl but there aren’t many in Philadelphia. And when I consider approaching white girls I feel like a perv because I feel like they are thinking that I *want* a *white* girl as an object or status symbol. And in anycase why would an American girl who knows nothing about Indian culture want to get involved with someone so different? I kind of want to move back to India but I have goals to accomplish here so I don’t know.

Tips on how I should approach American girls for someone in my situation?
You’re right. But I’m 28 years old and American pre/teen opinions wouldn’t help.

I posted this question in a very unfair, demeaning, and inappropriate way a few days ago-for anyone who saw it, I apologize-it was a reaction to a handful of people, and I have deleted it. This is how the question should have been presented, and I would appreciate anyone’s input at this time:

I have noticed, as an African American female whose friends are mostly white girls, that men of all races do not approach me in the same way as they do my white female friends (or Asian friends, though I don’t know as many of them).

Men, especially the black ones, talk to me as if they are a ‘hard thug (even if they aren’t one) ‘-I am assuming this is because they think that this is what I want. I have witnessed the same guy speak to one of my white friends in a softer, nicer tone, with more sophisticated vocabulary and much more gentlemanly posturing or gestures. I get a sideways sneering Snoop Dogg grin with a comment about my butt (hey, ma, ya gotta man?), while my white friend receives a more respectful smile (hi, you are really beautiful).

As a result, I really can’t tell the difference between the thugs that I don’t want and the nice guys that I do (because they seem to try to impersonate ‘thugs’). When I turn down the guy, I am told that I am doing so because I am looking for a thug….when in actuality, these guys have confused me to the point that I just have to pick one and hope that he is the nice guy.

So my question is-do you act differently depending upon a girl’s race, and why?

I always see white girls dating everytype of ethnicity white, black, hispanic, asian, middle eastern, indian, native american etc. They get to date the whole rainbow but it always seems like black girls cant b/c guys of other ethnicitys dont like us except for black guys. How come guys of other races dont approach us or ask us out that much as guys of other races approach and ask white women out?

I’m 5′ 6" and i know there are short guys that date women who are taller than them i see it everyday to. I admit i like tall girls my self to but the thing is how do i know if tall girls don’t care about height? On top of it to i’m a mixed race and i know white girls tend to date there own race. How do these other short guys get tall women and i know for a fact it is not money.
