I’m 42 and married but my wife is a total dud. She’s fat and old and doesn’t try to do anything. We have two kids I don’t want to pay for 2 households, so I’d rather just have a girlfriend on the side. Another mom in the neighborhood would be convenient, assuming she is not fat, although I’d consider a younger unmarried girl as a second option.
There is a great gym just down the street about a half mile, and I joined a year ago. I go 3-5 times a week and I’m in great shape. There are all kinds of hot chicks there; old, young, middle age, married, single, pregnant, etc. But at least half of them are really pretty sexy. How do I further my situation and get some action??? I have no idea. I’m not a player at all. A few of them I chit-chat if I know them from somewhere else, but otherwise I never find a way to introduce myself to people I don’t know.
How do I go about this?

I am having a problem with someone in my neighborhood letting their dog poop in my yard and then not pick it up. This woman is highly obese and makes a big deal about having to pick it up when I am around to witness it. The problem is that I work very long hours and I can not be there to guard my yard against the onslaught of pet poo from her and her pet….
I do plan on confronting her but have not been around when she is walking her dog lately. Tonight I came home to a fresh pile right where I take out the garbage cans for the morning pick-up. I am a bit fed up at this point.
Does anyone have any ideas on ways that I can get my point across when I am not home? A sign that says that I appreciate pet owners picking up their dog’s crap?? I am frustrated and hope that someone can help me a bit here. Thanks in advance.

Every single day I see some really beautiful women in my neighborhood, i’m 20 years old and I don’t wanna come across as creepy so I usually avoid them…. I just feel the urge to talk to them ask them out for their number, for a date.. But I’m afraid they will think I’m some crazy guy who could be some psychopath lol.
What is the best way, because I don’t like missing out on good opportunities, btw these women are usually older than me so is it worth it?
