like say for instance the person, is cute and smart…like you share a lot of similarities…
should i, as the woman, approach this guy?
because he is just as shy as me, and if i don’t approach him, he’ll never approach me…

Most women believe the man should chase them. Which I have to agree with, I prefer to chase the girl. However, every now and then girls/women should approach a guy they like as well. Hope this helps.
