I work in a very large office building and I really want to meet this very attractive woman. Every time we walk past eachother, we look at eachother and smile. We have not said anythting to eachother besides hi. This has happened many times. How would I go about introducing myself to her without be too forward? I really want to meet her.

Just go up to her when you see her.
If you want to make a good impression just start with "I thought you’d like to know, I think you look nice today."
You can leave it at that.
Or you could just simply ask "how are you?"

Step 1 has already been accomplished, she smiled back. So time for step 2.
Step 2: next time you see her, compliment her on something, her jewelry, her hair, (but never shoes, that’s kinda gay), and that will definitely get the conversation started, without being to forward, and this is definitely an ice breaker, because it lets her know you pay attention.
Step 3: After the ice breaker, ask her what time she usually takes her lunch, and ask her if she can join you for lunch compliments of you. Women love free.
Step 4: When she gives her answer, whether its today or tomorrow. Please make good conversation, but don’t think about what your gonna say all day, just let it come natural so it can be fresh when you guys met up.
#1 don’t talk about work to much. Ask her what she likes to do outside of work. And that’ll give you hints for your second real date. Good luck!
i think you should say more than hi. start a conversation maybe ask her out to coffee and build it on from there. theres a couple of things you shouldn’t and should do: (1) dont stutter.(2) dont be too forward but dont play too much.(3) comment her on the outfit she is wearing but dont stare at her boobs. (4) maybe pass on your phone number and maybe get hers.
