Im now single and really have no secrets on how to pick a women up. There is a nice and cute lady at my work. I really would like to date her. What are some tips. I dont want to be single.

first of all drop the thought of "picking up women"…..we are not objects to be convinced into doing anything and there are no inside secrets just be yourself…..
Always give her special attention. girls like that. Always seem extra friendly to her. Make her feel important. And get to know her with small talk. And act like yourself. I’m not a lesbian or by, (not that I think being one is a bad thing.) I’m one of those girls who are boyish and girlish. I’m only saying this because I realize I’m typing advice that sounds like it came from a guy. I’m not gay either. ( NOT TYRING TO INSULT ANYBODY.)
Aproach her and treat her as a person worth of your respect and admiration.
its true be yourself but a little cooler you. be funny, and more outgoing. show her interest but don’t be overly attentive. easy as pie my man. ask her questions about her. every girl wants to hear and talk about themselves whether they say it or not. good luck if that doesn’t work then she isn’t attracted to you.

Be cocky+funny, but don’t be cocky alone, it just repels everybody away. Don’t be a wuss, dont give in to her or kiss her ass. lead the way, never let a moment get dull, or a conversation boring.
If you dont already talk to her very often start and see how she reacts to you if she reacts well ask her to go to dinner with you or out for a drink but keep it casual and friendly then go from there.
Ask her to lunch one day & see how things go from there. If you hit it off, ask her to do something with you after work…don’t just jump in with all you’ve got from the get go & scare her off.
