answer to 1st paragraph: yes and no. If she’s really into the guy she’s with, possibly no, but if you really show her you want her, its a major turn on and may turn to you instead.
answer to 2nd: You just have to be sweeter to her than the other guy is. Show her you really like her. Maybe write her a poem or something if youre that type and give it to her without her boyfriend knowing. Though you could be risking your life if hes bigger than you. Just really come up with good ideas to show her youre better. Like writing a song, helping her out, sending her a cute text once and a while.
