If there’s a girl that I really like, but never get to see her because of our different work locations and times, is it a bad idea to tell them that you like them in like a message or online sticker?

Yea thats not the best way. Its not neccesarily innapropriate though. You should do it face to face so you can see their reaction and discuss everything with them and talk openly with eachother about it.
