Your spouse (if ever you get married) can file for F2 visa category for you but the waiting period for that is 5 years or more.It will be better if he will wait until he becomes a US citizen before he file for a spouse visa for you.Waiting period for that is 1-2 years.

If you marry a green card holder he will apply for you to come here with an I130. It takes a long time for it to be approved and a visa available .
You would have to watch the visa bulletin. Current they are processing people that applied in 2005. So you are probably going to wait for 5 years after you file.

If you marry a green card holder you still cannot come to the US ..until you get the visa .. which is taking about 5/6 years
