I work in a restaurant as a bus girl. How do I get on the good side of a waitress that hates me? Please Answer?

Need help with women?
Here are 3 things that you must know about meeting women:
1. You must learn to act with complete and total confidence... Even if you aren't naturally confident around women, it CAN be learned, and a lot faster than you might think.
2. You must understand how women REALLY think, and what it takes to build REAL attraction Read more...
I just started a job 2 weeks ago at a resteraunt. The waitress is suppose to share all tips with the busser but this one bus girl never shares with me. She always is so nice and gives everyone else 7 or 8 dollars and then for me, I have to ask and she gives me 2. Is there a way I can get on her good side?

Nope. She’s just a b****. If she isn’t going to tip you, then bus her tables late, or put her on your lowest priority. If she is going to show favorable treatment to other people and then stick it to you, I suggest playing her game and you show preferential treatment to other people’s tables. This person is never going to "be your friend." It’s not that kind of environment. She obviously has a problem with you, perhaps it’s race, or your tattoos or piercings or who knows? I’ve worked in the restaurant industry; you just get waitresses like that sometimes. Best bet, keep your nose clean, do your job, but don’t do her any favors. She’s not doing any for you.
i agree with jim. if she wants to stiff you then do the same to her she can not make money if her tables are not bussed. bus the other waitresses tables faster and cleaner .they will make more and they will appreciate you as well. if she talks to the manager that you are not busing her tables tell him she is not tipping you.
If she is going to be cheap like that, then don’t clean her tables. If she is going to continue to give you 2 dollars, then I would only do 2 dollars worth of work for her. Also most servers are required to tip out a percentage. The place I used to work the servers couldn’t tip out busser’s less than 7 dollar. 2 dollars doesn’t sound right. Maybe you should bring it to your managers attention.
