Im always shy and i always get scared because they might judge and i want to move fast when i first meet them.. I dont know why i always chase them .

You are shy because you worry too much about what other people think of you.
It might help if you realized that women are human beings the same as you, with the same fears and insecurities. They are just as afraid of you judging them as .. wait, that’s snakes, not girls. Never mind.
