i don't know what to say/ keeping a convostion when picking up women?

i know saying hi my name is, or compliments or using the setting that we are in as an advantage…
but sometimes when i say it i just don’t know what to say after
can someone give me any tips or advice of what to say when picking up women on how i can keep the conversation going?

The three most important words ever: TALK ABOUT THEM. I am a woman so I can talk. They LOVE talking about themselves. Their hair, their shoes, their jobs, their lives…even my girlfriends are bad at this to me (we’re all straight).
Just don’t take it over-board because then she may think you’re gay.

"Picking up women" is a BAD term! Anyway…you should ask them a question about themselves…such as "You look like you work in the media or in fashion…do you?" that’s flattering and then they can say "No I’m a gravedigger" or whatever they do,
Comment on things you notice about her. Does she have an ipod? Ask her what songs are on it, and talk about music. Are you in a specific location, like a park or restaurant? Ask her why she likes it there, and start talking about things you like. Just get the conversation started and keep it flowing.

Or
Smile at her look her in the eyes and tell her she looks pretty.
