You still think you know how to win ex boyfriend back because you and he had such a great thing going.  But he has started seeing a different girl and you are needing to do something before it is too late.  How should you do this?  If you really think that it can work again then get to it, but play it smart and also keep your dignity while you win ex boyfriend back with the plan we will lay out next.
