Hm, being a girl myself, I might be of some help.
Usually when boys are simply nice and sweet to me, I take it as a friendship thing. But when they’re flirty and such, then I’d probably get the memo he liked me. However, if I didn’t like the guy, I’d feel bad and simply act like I didn’t know he was flirting. Well, I tried to help.

just flirt with her alot, more then other girls. but she has to realize that your doing so. and give her compliments. not cheesy ones, but subtle. like "your hair looks really gorgrous today" or "your eyes are glowing in the sun when you turn that way" or something. just make her feel like you care. a girl cant resist feeling like that.
