Me and this girl, we like each other very much, but we are both pretty shy. Especially me, I get super nervous when I am with her, and I hate it. When we talk over SMS, its great, we talk about all sorts of things, but when we are together, it ends up being really awkward. The conversations usually are just "hey", "hey"… "how are you?", "yea good, you?" … "yea Im fine" and then it usual goes silent and we kinda just stand there awkwardly… can I do something to make this a lot easier? I enjoy every minute with her, but we usually don’t end up talking much and its a shame…
Another related question… seeing as I do SMS her a lot, is there a point where I am SMS’ing her too much? I like telling her how much I like her, how great she is, how I cant wait too see her again, that I miss her etc… but I am not feeling as though I get the same response from her, but I may be wrong. Is it better to just step back, stop SMS’ing and just wait until she SMS’s me out of her own accord, because so far I have started every conversation…

the same happened with me and my ex. We used to talk more over sms. What i did to handle this was to start talking abut myself. If she has nothing to talk about, talk about problems in your life, the good things in your life. anything. it works.
