I think its time for me to ask a girl that I have had a massive crush to go out with me. I have never asked a girl out before so I need you guys help. What do you recommend on how to ask her out e.g. phone, text, in person, facebook ect. And can you guys right what I should say to her to ask her out, but not to corny or anything that will make me or her uncomfortable.

Do it only to her face, that way you will be able to tell what she is thinking through her body language, say something along the lines ‘Hey, do you want to get a bite to eat? Just the two of us?’ or ‘Do you want to go for coffee with me sometime?’
Don’t be nervous, you will be just fine
It doesn’t matter how you do it (phone, text, etc), but the trick is to make it look like it is not really a date but instead just an opportunity to go out and have fun with somebody new. If you can get that attitude in your mind, then everything will work itself out on its own. But if you start dreaming that this is going to be some romantic fantasy, then you will choke yourself or scare her off. I speak from experience. Good luck.
I think in person is the best idea, or over the phone. Texting and Facebook are too impersonal and the best way to scare her off. Have an idea in mind on where to go and BE SPECIFIC on time and date.
I say in person. Pull her to the side, away from everyone else and ask her to be your girlfriend. Simply say that you really like her, and that you want to know if she will go out with you. Say "I really like you, and I was wondering if you would do me the honor of being my girlfriend". Or something like that. Or just tell her you like her and you wanted to know if she feels the same and see what she says.
