Make sure you have good posture are groomed well, smile, make eye contact.
1) Compliments!! Us women love compliments… just go up to someone and compliment them.
2) Dogs are a good way too. If you see a woman walking a dog, compliment the dog, they’re great conversation starters.
3) AS SAID ABOVE… COMPLIMENTS!!!
If you have never met, approach her with the line "Do I know You" or "Have we met before". When she says no, introduce yourself and take it from there.
