I can talk to women no problem once the conversation gets going , but if i see a woman that i find attractive and want to converse with, i can’t initiate the conversation. I can never find anything to say that will start a conversation. any tips?

Start off with a joke.
Compliment her or just ask if she’d like to go out sometime.
Girls like the attention and even if she says no she still will be flattered and may ask you out at a later stage(:

Women aren’t hard to please, you can pretty much say anything, and if you think that what you said was dumb, confess it and laugh it off. Just don’t start with a cheesy pickup line those are the worst. Usually being polite and charming works best. For example if she’s sitting at a bar, a nice smile and "mind if I join you?" will do fine.
