Many of my friends, older and younger and my co-workers and boss tell me that i am more mature beyond my years. I am 20. I find with most of the girls in my age group are selfish, superficial, and only know how to say i want this or give me that and only want to talk to a guy on his payday. I have talked with older women between 30′s-40′s and found them to be more appreciative and intelligent. How should i approach older women and where can i go to meet some?

You can find older women in mature night clubs. Since you are only 20, you will have to wait a year. You could try the coffee houses, but those older single women are usually in and out of those places. Just remember that mature women do NOT play games. Know your intentions, even if they are only temporary. Do not beat around the bush. Mature women will get very upset if you start to play with their feelings.
Women of refinement, typically mature ones, are not as easy to get.
They like men who are confident, open, inviting, mature, intelligent, vibrant, and cultured.
If these mature women like younger men, it is the youth they like, but they still desire a decent man with some smarts and knows his way around things.
They are not looking to mother or teach younger guys, and they can spot fakers much more faster, they got no time for childish tantrums or games.

Well First… You cant stereotype…just because some of the girls in your age group are like that doesn’t mean they all are… and if you want to meet an older woman, you should try going to more settle bars…or join a club that oldre woman generally go to…GOOD LUCK.
