im 30yrs old i have two boys 7 and 2 i got the mirena after my second son. My husband and I want to have another baby(hopefully a girl). I had a mirena removed aug 09. how lond should the process take.

about 5 min thats all it takes to remove it also have sex 3 days before you ovulate then stop to have a girl worked for me 2x good luck! You can get pregnant right away as soon as you ovulate there is no hormones in it.
Where you had the mirena the hormones will probably stay in your system for a little bit you can probably get pregnant within a few months, good luck
I was told by my doctor that you can get pregnant within the first 6 months. I went off in February of ’08 to start trying, and was pregnant the following month with my little boy. So, it can happen very quickly! Depends on the woman.
