it just takes time.. some say that it takes twice the time of the relationship to get over it but it really depends on the person. it’s up to her to make an effort to move on in life.. all you can do is be there for her to listen and try to get her out of the house and to eat and to try to have fun.. just give her time and keep encouraging her that even though it seems impossiible things WILL get better and easier every day.

how much did you love them? its different for everyone. but you have to try to move on: dont look at them, dont talk to them, dont even think about them. ive done this. no matter how much you say you dont want to get over them, its better to get the pain out of the way now.

it depends on how the Strong the relalation ship was and also the girl. some it takes a long time and other they just blow it off like nothing.

She’ll probably make your life hell until shes finally over it which usually takes about 3 to 6 months. take notes girls don’t forget anything so expect your dirty laundry to be aired out amongst all her girlfriends so if you thought about dating a friend of hers your wrongly mistaken its usually a set up to dig her claws in you. Im not speaking from experience but alot of my friends had major break ups turn ugly.

if she didnt like you but now that you dumped her she likes you – long just to see why you dont like her anymore
if she already had someone on the side but does still like you – not too long
if she didnt have anyone on the side and she LOVES you – forever you never forget your first love.
if she dosent love or even like you all that much but was using you cus it was comfortable then – awhile
but whos to say whats "awhile, a long time, not too long, forever, ect." cus you know what 15 mins to me is a long time and and hour seems like forever.
