I always liked for a guy to call me within at least the 1st 24 hours – and that means to call – NOT text!
Same day.
I Think you should wait 2 days at least.

i usually call them that night cuz if you call them to late she’s like who is this?
like the next "time period" like morning….then noon…noon then night….night then morning

It’s never too early. In fact, I’m very impressed if the guy calls me immediately after like when I’m home after the first date to tell me how much he enjoyed meeting me and ask me for another date.

you could do it 2 ways:
-call her the second after she leaves, saying ‘i miss you already!’ (so cute)
-call her the next day, saying you had a good time lets do it again blah blah (classic and cute!)
do NOT wait like 3 days or whatever, especially if you’re actually into her. thats STUPID and only makes the girl think you don’t like her
You don’t have to wait. If I like a guy and I give him my number waiting for him to call causes me to lose interest but if his number popped up on the screen the same night I would feel like he really liked me and get some amazing butterflies in my stomach over him. Don’t wait, go for it.
My rule is wait 24 hours, then another 2, then call. Call too late then you appear to be someone who is too busy, which may turn her off. Waiting one day makes you look like a regular guy with a regular schedule and you change her perspective of you from that call you make.
Call too early…well you know whats after that!
Seriously that is the stupidest rule I have ever heard. If a guy asked for my number then called me later that day I would be thrilled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
