Im a guy and i am looking for tips on how to kiss my girlfriend for the first time. We both want to kiss eachother.

It really is about reading the other person.
You start by seeing if she is ready for the kiss. If she is staring in your eyes deeply and smiling, its an invitation.
Make sure your breath is minty fresh
Next you tilt your head to one side(i would say tilt to the right) most people do that.
Keep eye contact as u get near her face but once ur close enough close your eyes. it is a complete turn off to see the other person eyes cross.
The first kiss should be soft. Keep the mouth closed and press your lips against hers.
If it feels right, go into some more romantic kissing
