If you don't know how to build one yourself, just add a downtown to your neighborhood and pick a restaurant when asked where do you want to go. To go to a nightclub: Those are in downtown as well, so add a downtown to your neighborhood (there should be a button for that on the top left of your neighborhood screen) and pick a place with "nightclub" in its name to go to.
