You ask "What would it take to get your phone number?"
If she asks why you want her phone number you say "Because I’d like to call and talk to you more sometime."
If she says she doesn’t give her number to strange guys you say "All guys are strange until you get to know them."
If she’s not sure you say "What do you have to lose from getting to know me better?"
If she says you’re not really her type you say "Oh, I didn’t know you were into other women." and follow up with "That is kinda silly. How will you know someone is your type unless you take the time to get to know them?"
In other words you come up with an answer for every reply. Don’t expect this to work 100% of the time. She might be interested in someone else or just plain not interested in you.
