firstly with strangers, dont be too overpowering or it might scare em’ off! be subtle like touching them abit and joking around with them eg. slapping them abit etc.
With your friends its kinda the same because they are your friends and you dont wanna be too in your face at the start because they will wonder why the sudden change!
be subtle again, look for an opportunity, laugh around with them more and when u laugh together playfully touch them on the arm or leg. and see how they react….
