In my experience, the thing that a woman notices first is if you are respectful and polite. If you’re too shy to do anything else, you can still be respectful and polite; despite the concept that girls like "bad boys" this has not (in my experience) been the case.
Flirting is as easy as making pleasant conversation. If the conversation flows into an area where it would make sense to tell a joke, then tell a (clean) joke. If it flows into an area where you could be humorously suggestive, then do it. If you can complement her in some way without the conversation going awkward, do so.
Don’t deliberately scan her body, but simple comments like "Wow, Jenny, you look great today," are usually appreciated.
You don’t need to stare at her like a high-noon shootout, but look at her face, notice her eyes.
Be nice, polite, and respectful, and if everything else fails: do whatever comes naturally.
Smiling, complimenting her, giving cheeky remarks, possibly mildly sexual.
All you have to do is just when you talk to her with a normal conversation just add a little more sweetness to it like maybe you could text her and play the question game and if she says what is ur favorite thing about me say like your heart or your smile or if she gives a compliment to someone and you hear it just tell her she is so nice. See girls, we just like to have compliments given to us and it makes us feel so much better and we always end up liking someone that gives us compliments.If you are not comfortable with any of that though you could always just ask her whats up and always be curious about what she is doing because then she will realize that you care about her and wanting to know about her.Hope this helps!
