It would depend upon both the nature and depth of her submission.
If she has submitted to your total control in all things then you can specify anything that you wish, clothing, diet, make up , even when she is allowed to use the bathroom. If it is only of a sexual nature then it is confined to sexual situations. But this is something that you should have/will have talked about and agreed the rules for.

you are naive dear. if i tell a man to take charge he will know from the situation and a look in my eyes what i mean.
it can mean to take control and do things (ie. be the one who goes and pays the bills or the one who books a night out sometimes) or it can be in the bedroom department.
personally? as a woman? i find that men arent very good at taking charge. if i left a man in my house to sort my two kids, do five loads of washing, dishes, cook three meals, feed and tend the 4 rats, 2 guineas, rabbit, fish, dog, snail and 2 cats, hoover up, while playing with the kids in between, and still look good at the same time??? he’d have a nervous break down and half of the above just wouldnt be done.
i am in charge, men just think they are so they feel that bit happier (and thats not a bad thing) but the fact is, without us lot, men wouldnt cope.
as for sex, i like being in charge there tooo, but that is more fun if its a joint effort lol!
