Perhaps if you can’t say anything, maybe you can do something for her. Like buy her a box of chocolate and stick a romantic note on it from the heart. If not that, then perhaps try to open the door for her, or "bump" into her by accident. You gotta learn her schedule, figure out what she’s doing, try to "show up" when she’s going to show up, try to figure out when she’s alone, etc, etc.
You might not get her, but at least you tried, you know? So try it out! You just got to make her notice you.

Looks like someone needs a confidence boost. Unfortunately, confidence isn’t gained in one day. You might have to lose sight of this one girl, just so that you can better prepare yourself for others. However, maybe it isn’t too late. Look up "How to become a pickup artist." In particular, a guy called "Gambler." He has a book that you should read to give you the tools you need to get going. Now, this book will not make you a stud, but it should get you going in the right direction.
find something you have in common to talk about.
or simply say hi, ask her how her day is going, whatever, use a conversation starter and let her chatter on and occasionally put in your 2 sense.
OR if she’s really quiet too, you’re going to have to find SOMETHING to talk about…weather, current events…be creative!!
first off you have to say something sometime. I learned that. the first thing to do is wave or smile at her. then the next time see if you can make eye contact with her and then smile at her after a couple of seconds. after that you have to walk up to her and start a conversion. that is the only way to find out if she might like you. if she does not get to be her friend. maybe ask for her number at the end of your conversion.
Well if I were you I would make her notice you…Be confident in your self and go up to her and talk to her…get to know her better as friends and you will know her better and she will like you…give her time though

this one guy in my class is shy and he stairs at me all the time, i wish he would be more confident and say something to me but i don’t think he will until he is sure i like him back, so try looking at the girl to get her attention when she looks don’t look away smile at her or walk up to her.
