She is only 3 and she just turned three in the middle of August. She will not listen to a word that I tell her, and her favorite word to me is no. I think that she thinks that it is okay. I just dont know what to do with her. Spanking does not work so I have been trying timeout. Still doesn’t work. Please someone just give me advice.

This is exactly how mine was at that age. It’s a stage, you can’t let them get away with too much, keep on with the time outs and let her learn there are consequences for things she does/doesn’t do.
Just keep reminding yourself that this too shall pass, chose your battles. Little ones are very good at standing their ground. You also have to learn how to let a couple of things go here and there and you should be fine. This WILL pass.
put her in her place dont be afraid to be firm and try the corner that always gets them to listen
try positive and negative reinforcements. like if she wants to watch TV, dont let her unless she listens to mommy and packs away her toys. if she does, give praises and explain that the reason why she can watch tv is because she listened to mommy. the key to this technique is to NEVER GIVE IN. best of luck! =)
