I like this girl a lot and im pretty sure she likes me and i try to talk to her she just plays with her hair and kinda gives me one worded answers and every time I look at her she gives me a smile and I always smile back and im real nervous so I go scared just trying to talk to her

but my actual answer is, go up and TRY. twirling of the hair is a sign that she LIKES YOU. flirt with her, and compliment her. nervousness is cute. and dont be afraid. shes a human being. just like you. just be you, im sure your great. say something cute like "wow, i just noticed, but you have really pretty eyes" girls love that.
overall, girls like guys, and its now or never, so go on man, and do it!
Maybe try talking to her online. It’s easier to be outgoing online, because you’re not worrying about what you look like or whatever. Get to know her better that way if it’s hard to talk in person. Once you know each other better, than it should get easier in person, because she’ll feel more comfortable talking to you.
