Ask her if she would like to hang out with you somewhere like the mall. Then when the day is done, ask her if she would like to hang out again sometime. Then when you think you are ready, tell her how you feel and ask her to be your girlfriend! Good luck!

First get talking with her and then ask her out to the movies or something. At that point she’ll know your into her
Continue to be yourself, and if it’s meant to be she will fall in love with who you are. You could always ask her out and take a risk, she might say yes. But the easier way is develop a close friendship with her and get to know each other better. The rest will fall in place.
