lol, same thing happened to me recently, i asked her if she wanted to see 500 days of summer with me and we had a great time.
I’m only 15 by the way, so I didn’t just randomly kiss her like these guys are suggesting, it basically depends on your age, if you are both young and she likes you, just ask her if she wants to get a drink or something

It’s just a title, ask her if you guys can go steady. That usually means dating which in turn means girlfriend boyfriend status.
Kiss her then say it
Just go straight up to her and ask her out or kiss her ! You know she likes you anyway so what can go wrong
Actions speak louder than words.
Don’t come out and say "Will you go out with me" because although it’s exciting for the girl at first, it’s not later. Ask the girl to a movie, or out to eat or something. It all depends on your age. Then when you take or home, or leave or something, lean in for a kiss. If she likes you then, she’ll kiss you back, and then you guys are pretty much seeing each other. You could also ask her out at the place you are going for the date such as, "I was wondering if you’d like to be my girlfriend?"
