I don't think it's JUST girls though. Guys can be the same way. Anyway to answer your question: For me, I don't forgive easily. I'm stubborn, like I said. If a guy did something to me, I wouldn't forgive him until I know for a FACT he's sorry he did it. Maybe that's why they never want to go back until 'you stop caring'. For some girls they need to know you're not going to hurt them again before they get back with you. ‘Cause we’re stubborn. lol

For me, I don’t forgive easily. I’m stubborn, like I said. If a guy did something to me, I wouldn’t forgive him until I know for a FACT he’s sorry he did it. Maybe that’s why they never want to go back until ‘you stop caring’. For some girls they need to know you’re not going to hurt them again before they get back with you.

Our emotional centers in our brain are much larger making us much more sensitive. When a girl is broken up with, she tends to blow it out of proportion because of our primitive instincts. It becomes to a huge deal because thousands of years ago if a man left a woman, she was defenseless. So even now, a girl's instincts kick in as if it were still a life or death situation when in reality it isn't. That was a really technical answer for a simple question, but I hope you get the idea.
