I am a Shyguy, i know absoleutly nothing about women and their "signs" How can i approach them? Like what should i wear/say/think/do. At the moment i can’t even look a girl in the eyes for more than 5 seconds.

How old are you, like 12? Hang your testicles out and go say something nice. No one dislikes compliments. Usually, I am in the middle of a conversation when I happen to see an attractive girl, or so it seems, and that’s about when I zoom out on the conversation and think out-loud sometimes by mistake: "damn you’re hot!"

Well just go talk to them. Believe me girls like to TALK A LOT!!!!!
Start small. First try making eye contact and smiling at girls as you pass them in the hallway (assuming your in school). Then talk to them and be friendly, build up your confidence. Flirt, date, etc…..
you are afraid of rejection. just do it . so what if you get shot down . everybody does at some time. just lick your wounds and go again. it is actually fun after a while.
