I really like a girl that I have known for awhile but we are just acquaintances and we never talk. I dont see her at school any because we are currently on break. Know of any ways I could start a conversation (over IM) without it being weird?

ok at school my crush was dancing for gym class. cuz it was the lesson. and i have a diff class. so i walked by and saw him dancing. stood there untill he saw me smiled. then he blushed and smiled. and i ran away. then later i was like nice dancing

just be like "hey how’s your break goin?" in an im. it may be a little awkward at first but soon you guys will be talking nonstop. this always works when guys do this to me!
just IM her and be like
"hey what’s up"
that’s simple enough. then ask how break is and stuff.
