Okay, girls love compliments so compliment the girl every so often. Don’t do it too much cuz it gets creepy. Also, strike up a conversation. Just don’t ask the basics what’s up… Be a little more creative. After you get to know her more she will or will not have feelings for you. If she does shell get nervous around you or stare at you.
