"love" and "caring" and all of those are things that someone has to feel on their own in order for it to be real. attraction is something that people just HAVE for each other. but you CAN move it along :) i would say tell her how you feel. if she's your friend it should be even easier. do it in person. have her hang out with you so you guys can get to know each other and be very kind and caring and respect her. girls like funny guys so just be yourself. be funny and find something you have in common and do it together. tell her after a few "dates" that you really like her and see what happens well you can’t force others to have feelings for you. it’s the sad truth.
