The three second rule. Go up to them and say SOMETHING, ANYTHING (even if it’s just hi) within three seconds. That means you’ll do it so fast you don’t have time to worry and get nervous. Chicks dig confidence. Once you start a conversation you’ll be fine.
Eye contact. Nice clothes, hair done nice, and be clean ans abit of musk.

I love a man that plays hard to get. Do up to a girl with all the confidence in the world, even if your faking! Dont let her know that your shy. She doesnt know you, be outgoing. Be wild and crazy and show her a good time. Just dont come out and offer to buy her a drink, its to cliche.

For starters, try to just say "Hi" to girls you meet everywhere. Your shyness will get under control this way.
