When one lady tells the other her desire or plans for a particular item, the second woman all of a sudden grows an interest because of what the first one said. Its said that "nice guys finish last", usually because they talk to their male friends for advice then one of the more "playa" guys makes a move ahead of the nice guy. You have a choice and signs to look for here. One of them is the nice guy who most likely talked you up (by asking for help and advice) to the other and now they both want you. The other is nothing more than someone who "became" interested because the first likes you so much. In this I would suggest you follow your head not your heart. The outgoing one is usually the "playa". spend some quality time with the more quiet one and see whats up.
