Do you take the aggressive and bold approach and just say whatever’s on your mind approaching as many women as possible knowing it won’t work all the time but eventually it WILL work on some girl or do you take the nice guy, gentlemanly, take it slow approach? And I know it’s best to just be yourself but when approaching you do need a plan right?

Depends on the situation. If I’m at a bar or some place like that I might simply ask a girl if I can buy her a drink and use that as an excuse to strike up a converstation. If at a party or some place like that its a bit more random and often I don’t pick up girls – they pick up me. That way I know they want to see me and its not so awkward. But if I do find a girl at a party I want to get to know I just introduce myself and go from there to talk to them, find out if they’re single or seeing anyone and figure out what kind of lady they are and they are looking for, if anything.
Online meet ups are less formal so you don’t have to be as cordial. Of course you still don’t want to come accross as an ass. I like online meet ups because they’re more relaxing and not so tense and it gives you a means to talk to someone and get to know them a little better before you meet them. Of course thats assuming they’re also honest.
Just some general tips about meeting women – unless you’re filthy rich or drop dead gorgeous (or both) they usually turn you down. Don’t let that keep you down. There are billions of women in the world – they can’t all turn you down. But try to look at least presentable. Let your attire attract the right kind of girl. So if you dress like a good boy don’t expect to hook up with many goth chicks. If possible try to make a girl laugh – a good sense of humor can go a long way.
Be polite and curteous and avoid converstations that involve the big three – politics, religion and sex. If she wants to talk about those things, let her initiate the converstation. That way you know its appropriate to talk about. Wear a decent cologne too (or some kind of body spray) but don’t put on so much people can smell you from across the room. Cheesy come on lines – avoid them if possible. BUt suprisingly if they are clever and actually funny, they can sometimes work. But thats a gamble. And finally just be yourself and be confident about yourself. It is true women favor confident men.
