I might be wrong but when I am walking through the store and a girl walks buy me and she gives me that smile or grin i assume she thinks im sexy. tickling is a form of flirting. it depends on how close the people are. if they are friends they flirt by wrestling around or by tickling each other. if not friends a smile or wink or whistle. then some people just come straight out and tell you your sexy.
Im actually not good with body language, but I think maybe if she looks back and smiles at me or something, then that would be some flirting.
I tend to blush and grin….;D
