When I approach a woman and start talking to her I ask her where she works and what area. then I say I have to go to the toilet, get my diary & pen, put her name in, where she works and the location so the next day I can ring her up at work and talk to her and ask her out.

Let me be honest, that’s a terrible idea! You really come across as being a weirdo freak. So you’re talking to some girl, how do you know she even likes you?
Try this:
Start talking to a woman, compliment her, watch for signals, if you think she is interested, ask her out for a drink sometime. Simple!
Or your a stalker
