Well i really like a girl that i doesn’t know about but i am talking to her at many placeses and hanging around with her but she doesn’t realy like me, so is there any way she might be able to like me?

ouch. they say that a girl would have made up her mind in the first 30 seconds of meeting you whether you’re dating material or not.
It looks like you need major changes to yourself if you want that mental reflex/opinion about you to change. atm, it’s not going to be any time soon (it takes some months for you to change into someone she likes). You also need to be able to be your ‘best self’ and that takes time, which I doubt you have much of.
I would recommend finding someone else but at the same time, I recommend you to work on yourself. The more you improve yourself, the more attractive you naturally become. There are various sources out there you can use. Depending on your age, I can recommend some sources for you to look at.
