Don’t smoke.
Use sun protection every day even in cloudy weather.
Make sure your face is clean of makeup and dirt before you go to bed.
Eat vegetables and a healthy diet generally. Sugar, caffeine and saturated fats are really bad for your skin.
Exercise. it’s good for the circulation.
Treat yourself to a good facial.
Sleep
Botox.
Just kidding, if you keep up a good exercise regime, eat healthy, drink lots of water, and find a good skin care routine, you will be able to prolong your youthful looks. But imo, natural wrinkles are beautiful anyway
man i have one wrinkle i cant get rid of, nothing will get rid of it grr lol
it’s mostly got to do with genetics & then environmental factors :: the lighter your skin: the quicker it ages
to keep it looking young: you do need some sun exposure: it’s good for you & that’s how we naturally get vitamin D :: fish: krill: flax: olive: & coconut oils are good to eat for the health of your skin among other benefits =] using olive: almond & coconut oils on your skin are good too!
avoid smoking & heavy or regular alcohol drinking :: when washing & drying your face: don’t pull your skin because that will stretch it out & cause wrinkles :: after washing: rinse in cold water: that tightens pores: and using banana or egg whites as a mask help keep pores & skin tight as well =]
As a person ages the outer skin cells become thinner and less sticky, making the skin look noticeably thinner. The number of outer skin cells decreases by 10% per decade and they divide more slowly as we age making the skin less able to repair itself quickly. The noticeable effect can be said to take place after say about 20 years. This is also subject to genetics and care a person takes to delay the process. The wrinkles form even due to over exposure to UV rays and the facial expressions of people.
Personally I think it is genetic. But staying out of the sun a must!
I tanned a lot but kept my face out of it and it looks pretty good for 52 but there are parts that you can tell took a beating from the sun like my hands.
My sister that is 3 years older is younger than me but her personality stinks so keep that in mind too. It is not always the wrinkles that you think people see but the kindness in your heart can always make you look better.
Also there is a cream called EB-5 and very inexpensive at about $20.00 for the lotion and makeup remover and a friend of mine had been using it and I noticed when I saw her that she looked younger and asked if she was in love or changed her makeup. Then I did it and more woman complimented on my skin and that has never been done since I was 16!
Wear and undereyemakeup cover up too and remember less is more!!
